Our offices remove these barriers. Shared kitchen space, stocked facilities, and furnished offices allow you to sign up and move in quickly; no year long commitments required.

Located at 414 W. Main Street in Lansdale (2 doors down from Backyard Beans).

  • Solo Office

    ($675/mo.)

    Located at our main street building, these offices all include a locking door and window. Starting at 9’x9’ and come furnished with a desk and chair.

  • Double Office

    ($999/mo.)

    Located at our main street building, these offices are built for two people. This larger footprint comes furnished with 2 desks and 2 chairs.

  • Team/Multi-use Office

    ($1,499/mo.)

    Located at our main street building, these offices are built for 3-4 people or professional services. Our largest layout to accommodate more desks or tables.

  • It all starts with a tour! Since we’re committed to community, we like to meet each person face-to-face, answer your questions, and show you some hospitality in the space.

    So, sign up for a tour at a time that is convenient to you.

    During the tour, we’ll tell you about all the details of signing up.

  • We’re a self-managed space without a full-time front desk. Because of that, you’ll need to schedule a tour to start a membership.

  • We don’t offer day passes for coworking. However, we do offer hourly and day rates to rent the Annex.

  • Yes, there are several lots around the building that have parking available.

  • We are on the first floor but do have a step up (at the back door).

  • We only allow current members to use our address for their business address.
